Training Local Divemasters:

We're proud to announce the training of three promising locals - Gini, Sury, and Izan - as PADI Divemasters. This program is not just about developing exceptional diving skills; it's about nurturing leadership qualities and opening new career paths for our youth. We believe that these homegrown talents can provide unique and authentic diving experiences for visitors, far surpassing what external guides might offer.

Enhancing Skills with Rescue Courses:

In addition to the Divemaster program, two other team members, Tegar and Ziki, will enhance their skills by participating in the PADI Rescue Course. This advanced training is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of safety and rescue capabilities during our diving expeditions.

Our decision to focus on local talent rather than hiring western guides is deliberate.
